12. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to your Account or the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. If we have grounds to suspect fraud or improper use, we will suspend your Account until you can demonstrate your identity and that no fraud has occurred. We may cancel, amend, suspend a Reservation, or delete your Account at any time for any reason.
All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Site enables display of third-party content, including user reviews and ratings. These are for informational purposes and do not constitute advice from us. We do not moderate User Content but may remove unlawful, inflammatory, or inappropriate content at our discretion.
By posting content to the Site or recording in a Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, copy, reproduce, and publicly perform the User Content. You can end this license anytime by deleting your Account.

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without you having to go to court. If you are a Consumer and you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to consider an alternative dispute resolution provider.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. SCHEDULE E – FIRE SAFETY INFORMATION
Your safety is our priority. Please take a moment to read the following information, which applies to all Grove Studios sites.
E.1 Fire Alarms
All our studios are fitted with fire detection systems and audible alarms. Our fire detection systems are linked to our monitoring systems. If you hear a fire alarm, evacuate the building immediately using the nearest available exit. Do not assume it is a false alarm.
E.2 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping inside any Grove Studios site is strictly prohibited. These actions are highly likely to trigger fire alarms and are treated as serious breaches. If you smoke or vape on site: your account will be suspended; you will be issued a fine; and if a fire alarm is falsely triggered, we may pass on all related costs including fines from local fire departments.
Tampering with smoke detectors will result in an instant account ban and may be reported to authorities.
E.3 Self-Service Operations
Grove Studios operates largely as a self-service facility, especially outside normal business hours. This means there may be no staff physically present to assist with evacuation or emergency response.
E.4 Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans
We are unable to provide individual evacuation assistance for customers with additional needs. If you or your guests require help to leave the building in an emergency, you must plan ahead and attend with someone able to assist you.
E.5 On Arrival
All sites have fire safety information displayed near the entrance. Please check this signage on arrival so you know where the fire exits and assembly point are located.
E.6 Alarm Activation Procedures
If a fire alarm is activated, our monitoring team will be notified and will assess the situation. If the cause is verified as non-fire (e.g., vaping), staff may instruct you to reset the alarm under direct, real-time instruction. You must never attempt to reset or silence the alarm unless instructed by Grove Studios staff. If you prefer not to silence the alarm yourself, you can wait for our response team to attend.
E.7 Incident Logging
All alarm activations are recorded and logged by Grove Studios. Any breaches of policy will be followed up and enforced accordingly.
If you have any questions about fire safety, please contact our customer support team who will happily clarify things for you.
