Membership Policies

  • Renewal Process: Membership renewals will either automatically deduct from your Grove account wallet or be charged to your credit card on file. Failure to pay membership renewals within 3 days after the renewal date will result in cancellation, with all associated credits voided. Please ensure your renewal payment method is correctly set up to avoid cancellation.
  • Credit Rollover: Unused credits will roll over month-to-month for active memberships that are up-to-date on renewal payments.
  • Membership Cancellation: All credits will be voided upon membership cancellation, so choose the membership level that aligns with how often you’ll be at the studio.
  • Refund Policy: Memberships and credits are non-refundable upon cancellation or for any other reason.
  • Changing Membership Level: To change your membership level, log in to your account and cancel your current membership a day or two before your renewal date. Then, purchase your desired new membership level. Remaining credits will rollover between levels for paying members.
  • Cancelled Booking Credits: Cancelled membership credits will be returned to your account if you are a paying member only. If your membership has been cancelled and you need to cancel a booking, please email info@grovestudios.space or call 734-985-0838 with a specific reschedule date and time in mind to utilize your credit. If you do not provide a reschedule date/time, your Grove account wallet will be credited for the dollar value of the credit price according to your cancelled membership level.
